{"id":1044,"date":"2018-03-03T14:52:09","date_gmt":"2018-03-03T14:52:09","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/numidyum.com\/?p=1044"},"modified":"2018-03-03T14:52:09","modified_gmt":"2018-03-03T14:52:09","slug":"sushi-croquants-et-rafraichissants-2","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/numidyum.com\/index.php\/2018\/03\/03\/sushi-croquants-et-rafraichissants-2\/","title":{"rendered":"Sushi croquants et rafra\u00eechissants"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><img data-recalc-dims=\"1\" loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-1034\" src=\"https:\/\/numidyum.files.wordpress.com\/2018\/03\/img_3352.jpg?resize=900%2C600\" alt=\"IMG_3352\" width=\"900\" height=\"600\" \/><\/p>\n<p><span id=\"p63\">Originaire du Sud-est de l&rsquo;Asie, le sushi est un plat ayant une grande popularit\u00e9 \u00e0 travers le monde.<\/span><span id=\"p15\">\u00a0Historiquement, le <span id=\"29\" class=\"s-rg-t\">makizushi<\/span> est fait \u00e0 base de poisson saumur\u00e9 et ce n&rsquo;est qu&rsquo;\u00e0 partir des ann\u00e9es 1820 que des chefs de cuisine avaient commenc\u00e9 \u00e0 le r\u00e9aliser avec du poisson cru, connu sous l&rsquo;appellation \u00ab\u00a0<span id=\"31\" class=\"s-rg-t\">Edo-Style<\/span> Sushi\u00a0\u00bb.<\/span><span id=\"p16\"> Cents ans plus tard le <span id=\"32\" class=\"s-rg-t\">nigiri-sushi<\/span> a \u00e9t\u00e9 invent\u00e9 par des vendeurs tokyotes\u00a0de nourriture en stands.<\/span><span id=\"p17\"> <\/span><!--more--><\/p>\n<p><span id=\"p17\">Au cours des 20 derni\u00e8res ann\u00e9es, ces diff\u00e9rents types de sushi sont devenus tr\u00e8s populaires \u00e0 travers le monde ce qui a donn\u00e9e naissance \u00e0 de nouvelles formes de sushi tel que les <span id=\"36\">californian<\/span> <span id=\"37\">rolls<\/span> qui sont des <span id=\"38\">nigiri-sushi<\/span> faits \u00e0 base de concombre, d&rsquo;avocat et de faux crabe.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span id=\"p18\">Le sushi est tr\u00e8s facile \u00e0 r\u00e9aliser en version <span id=\"39\" class=\"s-rg-t\">vegan<\/span>, et pourrait \u00eatre destin\u00e9 \u00e9galement aux gens terrifi\u00e9s par l&rsquo;id\u00e9e de manger du poisson cru, mais qui sont quand m\u00eame tent\u00e9s par les sushis.<\/span><span id=\"p19\"> D&rsquo;ailleurs, ces gens ont enti\u00e8rement raison de refuser de manger du poisson cru, car ce dernier est charg\u00e9 de parasites tels que le taenia du poisson et les <span id=\"44\" class=\"s-rg-t\">anisakid\u00e9s et de m\u00e9taux lourds<\/span>.<\/span><span id=\"p20\"> Aujourd&rsquo;hui, je viens partager avec vous, en vid\u00e9o, comment r\u00e9aliser des sushi v\u00e9g\u00e9taliens et <span id=\"46\" class=\"s-rg-t\">safe<\/span>.<\/span><span id=\"p64\">\u00a0Je n&rsquo;ai pas r\u00e9fl\u00e9chi\u00a0longuement au type de l\u00e9gumes que j&rsquo;allais mettre dans mon <span id=\"65\" class=\"s-rg-t\">makizushi<\/span>, car on peut y mettre tout, vraiment.<\/span><span id=\"p22\"> Pour les <span id=\"49\">makizushi<\/span> j&rsquo;ai remplac\u00e9 le poisson par des tranches d&rsquo;avocat et de <span id=\"50\">bettraves<\/span> bouillis.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span id=\"p0\">Mon alimentation est actuellement \u00e0 50 pourcent sushi et maki v\u00e9g\u00e9taliens.<\/span><span id=\"p1\"> Sans blague.<\/span><span id=\"p2\"> Je n\u2019arr\u00eate pas d\u2019en faire depuis un moment pour plusieurs raisons.<\/span><span id=\"p3\"> \u00c0 mon retour en Alg\u00e9rie, je me suis un peu rel\u00e2ch\u00e9 par rapport \u00e0 mon alimentation et je n\u2019ai pas cuisin\u00e9 pendant un bon bout de temps.<\/span><span id=\"p4\"> Je passais tout mon temps \u00e0 dormir ou \u00e0 me poser des questions existentielles.<\/span><span id=\"p58\"> Il m\u2019a fallu un mois pour me r\u00e9ajuster au gros d\u00e9calage horaire et\u2026<\/span><span id=\"p57\">\u00a0mental.<\/span><span id=\"p59\"> Pendant ce temps, je me suis laiss\u00e9 faire et je me suis permis de manger des choses terribles.<\/span><span id=\"p8\"> Heureusement que depuis quelques jours, je me suis ressaisie et j\u2019ai d\u00e9cid\u00e9 de retrouver mon hygi\u00e8ne de vie.<\/span><span id=\"p9\"> D\u2019ailleurs, merci \u00e0 mon bide qui avait commenc\u00e9 \u00e0 se r\u00e9volter contre toutes ces cochonneries que je lui faisais subir.<\/span><span id=\"p60\"> Pour calmer mon estomac, j\u2019ai \u00e9limin\u00e9 tout aliment raffin\u00e9 et gras et j\u2019ai opt\u00e9 exclusivement pour une alimentation riche en fibres et en antioxydants, en favorisant le cru.<\/span><span id=\"p61\"> La premi\u00e8re chose qui m\u2019est venu \u00e0 l\u2019esprit, ce sont les sushis v\u00e9g\u00e9taliens simples, frais et rafra\u00eechissants.<\/span><span id=\"p62\"> Un combo de l\u00e9gumes croquants, de riz et de feuilles de nori, \u00e7a ne peut que donner envie !<\/span><span id=\"p13\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong>Note:\u00a0<\/strong>Je vous d\u00e9conseille fortement de faire des sushi avec du poisson frais cru. Les sushis servi dans les restaurants sont faits \u00e0 base de poisson cru congel\u00e9 au pr\u00e9alable \u00e0 une temperature de -20\u00b0C pour tenter de tuer les parasites qui y sont pr\u00e9sents.
