Je ne suis pas non plus une tr\u00e8s grande fan des porridges gluants, sauf ceux au chocolat (recette par <a href=\"https:\/\/numidyum.com\/2017\/12\/21\/pudding-davoine-au-chocolat\/#more-949\">ici<\/a>), et c\u2019est pour cela que ma qu\u00eate de porridges d\u2019avoine plus consistants et qui se m\u00e2chent bien, avaient commenc\u00e9. La recette que je partage avec vous aujourd\u2019hui est l\u2019une des meilleurs recettes de porridge d&rsquo;avoine que j\u2019ai pu cr\u00e9er jusque l\u00e0.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p>Abricots caramelis\u00e9s, flocons d\u2019avoine toast\u00e9 dans du caramel et la bonne quantit\u00e9e d\u2019eau ou de lait v\u00e9g\u00e9tal. Qu\u2019en dire de plus pour vous s\u00e9duire? C\u2019est un porridge qui se m\u00e2che bien (bien consistant), avec un cot\u00e9 acidul\u00e9 apport\u00e9 par les morceaux d\u2019abricot caramelis\u00e9s. Et \u00e0 votre surprise, certaines bouch\u00e9es auront un cot\u00e9 croustillant qui est en fait le rendu des flocons d&rsquo;avoine couverts de caramel et qui ne se sont pas d\u00e9lay\u00e9 dans l&rsquo;eau. Laissez fondre et d\u00e8s que le sucre se liqu\u00e9fie et le caramel commence \u00e0 dorer ajoutez les demi abricots et laissez mijoter quelques secondes sans y toucher. Tournez les abricots et laissez l\u2019autre face s\u2019enrober de caramel pendant quelques secondes.<\/li>\n<li>Ajoutez les flocons d\u2019avoine aux abricots dans la po\u00eale et m\u00e9langez-les doucement de fa\u00e7on \u00e0 ce que certains s\u2019enrobent de caramel et d\u2019autres se font simplement toaster.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li>Ajoutez la cannelle et le sel. les graines de lin et les graines de chia et ensuite l\u2019eau et m\u00e9langez un peu.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li>Laissez l\u2019eau s\u2019\u00e9vaporer et votre porridge se former, sur feu vif, sans trop m\u00e9langer pendant environ 4 minutes.<\/li>\n<li>Versez dans un bol et garnissez aves des noix, pistaches, noix de coco,&#8230;etc.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Si vous n\u2019aimez pas trop la texture tr\u00e8s gluante des porridge d\u2019avoine habituels et que vous voulez quand m\u00eame en prendre pour leur valeur nutritive, cette recette est bien pour vous.
